Meet Recording Insights is a free Google Sheets Add-on provided by the Google for Education team to help Admins identify how Meet recordings are being used across their domain.

After you've installed the Add-on, open the main menu from the Google Sheets Add-on menu.

Make sure you are signed in as a Super Administrator on your Workspace Environment and click 'Generate Report' when you are ready.

Depending on the size your environment, the report may take a little while to fully generate. You'll receive an email notification when complete, so no need to keep the Sheet open.

Once the report has loaded, you will be able to review which users have been making use of Meet recordings and how frequently they have been viewed by others.
